Job Overview:
As we expand our reach in the UAE and GCC, we are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help grow our brand through strategic digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day social media platforms with a focus on growing Instagram followers and engagement through both organic content and paid campaigns. This includes managing accounts on TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- Paid Advertising: Create and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and others to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- WhatsApp Campaigns: Develop and execute campaigns on WhatsApp and ensure effective lead qualification.
- Lead Nurturing: Demonstrate experience in nurturing and qualifying leads effectively.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO strategies to enhance website ranking, increase organic traffic, and improve user experience.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute compelling content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand’s mission of creating dream outdoor spaces.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Use insights to refine strategies and ensure campaigns meet KPIs and deliver strong ROI. Experience with Google Analytics is necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with business goals and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Expertise in paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and tools.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance monitoring and analytics.
- Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and driving results.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.
- Understanding and experience in the UAE and GCC markets is necessary.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is REQUIRED!
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
