Jobs Description

• 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across print, digital, and branding.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Proven experience in designing a variety of formats including catalogs, brochures, posters, and social media graphics. Experience with website-related design and exhibition booth/display designs is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), with advanced skills in InDesign.

• Strong understanding of print design, including prepress, color correction, and file preparation for different types of printing.

• Familiarity with web design principles.

• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of branding and how to create cohesive designs across platforms.

Creativity & Problem-Solving:

• Exceptional creativity with a keen sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Ability to conceptualize innovative designs aligned with marketing strategies and brand identity.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Project Management:

• Proven ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales departments.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Communication Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to take creative direction and implement feedback effectively.

• Capacity to present and explain design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders.

Adaptability:

• Ability to quickly adapt to emerging trends and new technology in graphic design.

• Experience designing for different markets or industries is a plus./p>

Soft Skills:
