Job Overview:

As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, user-friendly layouts and UI/UX designs, transforming them into responsive web interfaces, and integrating them with both frontend frameworks and backend systems. You will collaborate closely with web developers to ensure seamless integration and deliver interactive, high-performing websites. Additionally, you will work alongside marketing teams to align designs with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Experience Level:

• We are seeking candidates with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, UI/UX design, and backend integration. A strong portfolio showcasing both design and technical implementation is required. Proficiency in React.js, Three.js, and Laravel PHP is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop UI/UX designs from Figma and Adobe XD into pixel-perfect, custom, responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design and develop interactive, storytelling interfaces using Three.js or other relevant frameworks/technologies.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI designs with Laravel-based systems, ensuring full-stack functionality and performance.
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and their seamless integration with both frontend and backend frameworks.
• Design responsive web interfaces that work across a range of devices and screen sizes.
• Implement and optimize backend features using Laravel PHP, ensuring smooth interaction between frontend interfaces and database systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Website Developer or in a similar role, with both frontend and backend development expertise.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, React.js, Three.js, and Laravel PHP, including high-fidelity prototypes and the full design process.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication and visual storytelling skills to articulate design and development ideas clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently when required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with an ability to balance creativity with technical feasibility.
• Knowledge of WebFlow and Framer is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills, with an ability to explain design decisions clearly to management.
